Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

AI Card Studio lets you create AI-generated greeting cards from photos and prompts, preview them, and deliver them by email or by physical print and mail. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier and available credits.

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allotment of digital card credits and, where applicable, mailed-card credits.
• Unused monthly credits do not roll over and reset at the start of each billing cycle.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Physical cards are printed and mailed through our fulfillment provider. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient mailing addresses; we are not liable for items delayed or lost due to incorrect address information. Print & Mail may be limited to certain regions.

You retain ownership of the photos and text you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you, including generating, storing, and delivering your cards.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload photos of people without their permission, or content you do not have the rights to use.
• Upload or create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk mail or to harass or harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Cards are produced using AI image generation. Output may vary, may not be exactly as expected, and may contain artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing each card before you send it. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or suitable for any particular purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or software except the right to use the Service as permitted here.

The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, image generation, storage, email, and mailing. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
